1. Pick the Right Socks for Hiking:

In hot weather, you must choose the socks for hiking very cautiously. It is highly recommended not to wear cotton socks during hiking. These will absorb all the moisture and usually take very long to become dry again. Moreover, when you are wearing completely closed shoes during hiking, sweaty feet can harm you as well as your shoes. They can also result in awful smell alongside other skin issues. 2. Choose Clothes having Light Colors & Loose-Fitting:

In hot weather, you must avoid wearing dark colored clothes during hiking as these colors absorb more light. You must pick the clothes having lighter hues, for example, white, pale, and pastel colors. The benefit of light colors is that they reflect the sunlight instead of absorbing it. Thus, they are very helpful in keeping you cool in the hot weather outside. Moreover, choose the baggy clothes through which air can pass easily to keep your body temperature normal. 5. Use a Cap or Hat for Face and Neck Protection:

Wearing a cap is a must to keep your face protected from sun rays during hot weather. In case you want to protect your neck as well, wear a hat. However, if you don’t like wearing hat, then another way to protect your neck is to wear a trendy scarf around it.
