A light morning meal served buffet style is known as continental breakfast buffet. Continental breakfast have cold or room temperature. Usually, it consists of bread products, fruit and fruit juices and hot beverages like tea, coffee etc. Buffets of breakfast are easy and elegant way to serve large numbers with minimal effort. An elegant setup of continental breakfast buffet is not really difficult. Majorly, you need to focus on freshness and thoughtful presentation.

Continental breakfast buffet emphasizes simplicity and focus on foods that can be stocked easily. Easiest way to present and stocking for long is by using heated food display cabinets.
