The pizza crust can make or break the whole pizza. Pizza dough is the foundation of the pizza. Every chef-made pizza begins with a good pizza crust. It does not matter if you want your crust to be thin or thick. Your dough should be well made. You can buy readymade dough from any store, but the homemade dough is better than store-bought. Making dough at home is very easy since you will get the desired results. To make perfect dough, you will need almost five ingredients. Mix them and follow the instructions. Spread the toppings and bake it. For ovens, you can avail the offer of commercial gas pizza ovens for sale. Below we have enlisted the five best ingredients to make the fluffy dough.

2. Flour:

The main product of making pizza dough is flour. Many people think bread flour is the best to make pizza dough. But I preferably use all-purpose flour to make the dough. If you are using all-purpose flour, make sure you are using unbleached flour. Bleaching the protein will strip away some of the protein. If you want a chewier pizza crust, bread flour is the best option. To make 12-inches pizza, you will need 2-3 cups of flour. Pizza dough is also known as lean dough because it does not require eggs.

2. Warm Water:

To knead the dough, you will need some liquid. The best option is warm water. You will need a food processor to mix water and dough. The biggest mistake you can make is to use cold water. The temperature of your water should be around 110-115°F. Warm water also cuts down and helps to knead fast. Your water should not be too warm. If the temperature of your water is over 130°F, it will kill the yeast. Hence the temperature of your water matters a lot in the making of the dough.

3. Yeast:

To raise the dough, you will need yeast. People get confused between active dry yeast and instant yeast. I will advise you to use instant yeast since it gives the best results. Active dry yeast also works, but it will need more time to rise. First of all, you should add yeast to warm water and mix it. 1-packet of instant yeast is enough for a medium pizza. Once the yeast starts bubbling, add it to the dough and blend it in a food processor.

4. Salt:

Your dough will need some flavor too. Salt is the best thing to add to your dough to make it tasty. Almost 1-tablespoon of salt is enough for the seasoning of dough. Add salt to your flour before putting it in the processor.

5. Olive Oil

If you don’t want sticky dough, you will need oil. There are chances that your dough will stick to the sides of the food processor when mixing. It can also stick to the floor or your rolling pin. Slightly grease your dough to prevent sticking. Almost 2-tablespoons of olive oil are enough to prevent it from sticking.
