You might have come across a situation in which few guests have arrived at your house and you have cooked food for them. Sometimes there is a situation in which you cannot wait for a longer time to cold down food and then serve. 1. Food In Fridge:


Food which is still heated up can be sited in the fridge for three to five minutes. The lower temperature within the fridge will quickly cool down the warmth of the bowl and food inside. Blast chillers are also used widely to quickly cool down foodstuff.


2. Food In Freezer:


You cannot always wait for the steaks to cold down or the cooked desert to cold down in one or two hours and serve. Simply put cooked dessert or baked cake inside the freezer for a few minutes it will quickly cool down.


3. Divide In Smaller Portion:


This is the most common home practice by ladies and gents cooks. You can simply divide the food into two smaller portions. You need to take two separate pots and divide food equally into these and allow them to release their heat.


4. In Front Of Fan:


This is the calmest way to quickly cool down food. After cooking a meal, put it into plates or dishes and let it stay under the fan for some time. Fan movement will quickly release heat from food into the air and will cool down the inner temperature of food.


5. Keep String:


Food can be easily and quickly cold down by stirring. The continuous stirring of food will let the heat pass from the surface into the air, and heated food from beneath will come into the surface to release its heat. Continuous stirring for a few minutes will quickly cold down food.


6. Airtight Box Under Cold Water:


Food can also be cold down by putting it into airtight box or container. The box or container will feel heated due to food temperature. In the next step, open the cold water tap and keep airtight food container beneath flowing cold water for a few minutes. Gradually temperature will fall down and food will become servable.


7. Air Flowing:


Let air flow out from the food is the humblest easy to follow tip. All you need to do is merely put the food or dish in the container or pot and place it in the open air. The air will gradually leave hot food and reduces its temperature. This is the most natural and effortless way to let food cold down by air flowing.


8. Ice Bath:


The ice bath is easy to follow the tip to let food quickly cold down. The first step in this process is to place the food in the container. In the second step, take some ice cubes and put these into a larger tub. In the third step, place the hot container over the ice cubes. The coldness of ice will quickly pass out heat from food and lessen its temperature.
