An Easy Step-by-Step Guide to Prepare Meatballs at Home



Meatballs are the ultimate source of happiness for all of us. They are the perfect food that you can easily collab with your favorite meals. The best part of meatballs is that they are tasty and will keep you full for a long time. Meatballs shouldn’t be a confusing meal to make. Although, they are one of the most trouble-free meals you can make. You can also make meatballs in advance and store them in meat fridges to use later. The ingredients you need for meatballs are simple. One thing you need to make sure of is the correct ratio of ingredients. There is so many meatballs recipe out there that you can find. No lies that store-bought meatballs taste the best. But once you start making them at home, you will never go back to store-bought ones. Without any further ado, let’s get straight to making meatballs.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef

  • 2-eggs

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese (grated)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1-teaspoon kosher salt

  • ½ tsp. black pepper powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

  2. Take 2-baking sheets and line them with foil, and set them aside.

  3. Now take a large bowl and gather all ingredients.

  4. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix it with your hands.

  5. Be careful, and don’t overmix.

  6. Squish it together a few times, and it is ready.

  7. Take a cookie scoop, or you can also use your hands.

  8. Divide the meatballs into the desired size of meatballs.

  9. Make sure that the meatballs are of uniform size.

  10. Place the meatballs in the oven.

  11. Bake the meatballs for 10-15 minutes.

  12. Take out when done.

You can use your meatballs in many recipes. Below I’ll be sharing the recipe for spaghetti meatballs.

What you need:

  • Meatballs

  • Spaghetti Noodles

  • 1-onion

  • 56 oz. crushed tomatoes

  • 2-bay leaves

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp basil (chopped)

  • 4-cloves of garlic (minced)

  • Oil (as needed)

Directions:

  1. Take a skillet and heat oil on medium heat.

  2. Throw onions in the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes or until the onions become soft.

  3. Now add garlic to the skillet and stir for 2 minutes.

  4. Now add 2-bay leaves and crushed tomatoes to the skillet.

  5. Bring to a light boil.

  6. Now add meatballs to the skillet.

  7. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

  8. Now add basil and season with salt and pepper.

  9. Boil pasta in water according to the instructions.

  10. Place the spaghetti on the plate.

  11. Pour meatballs and sauce on the top of spaghetti.

  12. Garnish with parmesan cheese and basil leaves and serve hot.
